Spain Morata and Parejo left out

Robert Moreno has confirmed his Spain squad for the October fixtures against Norway and Sweden in European Championship qualification.

Sergio Reguilon, Pau Torres and Gerard Moreno feature in a selection for the first time and will be hoping to make their international debuts.

In terms of returning faces, Inigo Martinez, Raul Albiol, Juan Bernat, Santi Cazorla and Luis Alberto have been recalled, while Mario Hermoso, Suso, Paco Alcacer, Dani Parejo, Unai Nunez, Jose Gaya and Jordi Alba have all missed out.

Alvaro Morata is another of the absentees, although he was not included in the last squad list either.

Isco has not been playing at Real Madrid due to his injury and has therefore not been called up.

It is noteworthy that Barcelona has just one player in the squad, Sergio Busquets, while Villarreal have four in Gerard Moreno, Pau Torres, Cazorla and Albiol.

Midfielders: Rodri, Dani Ceballos, Santi Cazorla, Pablo Sarabia, Sergio Busquets, Luis Alberto, Thiago Alcantara, Saul Niguez, Fabian Ruiz.
