As expected, Roma pair Bryan Cristante and Nikola Kalinic will be out for at least a month with injury setbacks.
Roma’s official website confirmed Cristante tore a tendon in his right adductor muscle against Sampdoria yesterday.
Kalinic, meanwhile, suffered “a fracture at the top of the fibula bone”, although the Giallorossi assure the striker does not need surgery.
Nonetheless, the midfielder will sit out the remainder of 2019, while his Croatian colleague should be back in a month.
The Giallorossi now have eight players on the treatment table, with Lorenzo Pellegrini, Davide Zappacosta, Cengiz Under, Amadou Diawara, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Mert Cetin also out.
