No stadium cheers as often as the Camp Nou

Barcelona Barcelona are Europe’s top scorers at home

After a slow start to the season, Barcelona are beginning to find their feet in LaLiga Santander.

While their away form has improved in recent weeks, their most impressive and convincing performances have come in front of their own fans.

Ernesto Valverde‘s side have netted 16 of their 20 league goals at the Camp Nou and they’ve scored more home goals than anyone else in Europe’s top five leagues.

Real Madrid have the second-best record in LaLiga Santander with 10 home goals, while the next highest in Europe is Pep Guardiola‘s Manchester City on 14.

In Germany, Bayern Munich lead the way on 13 home goals, while Bundesliga leaders Borussia Monchengladbach have scored eight.

Paris Saint-Germain have scored 12 league goals at the Parc des Princes, while Juventus have managed just eight at the Allianz Stadium – although that’s still the joint-most in Serie A.

Ajax and PSV are the only other European teams that can match Barcelona, with each of the two Dutch clubs on 16 home goals after nine league games.
