Real Madrid Belgium beat Kazakhstan 2-0
Belgium‘s win over Kazakhstan was more special than usual for Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois as the shutout constituted his 200th cleansheet in professional football.
Added to his previous clean sheets for Belgium, Genk, Atletico Madrid, Chelsea and Real Madrid, it brings him to the landmark figure.

Belgium have won all of their games in qualifying for Euro 2020 and have conceded just once in the campaign, having scored 30.
Courtois has kept seven consecutive cleansheets, the last goal he conceded for his country being courtesy of Valencia’s Denys Cheryshev in the first fixture of the qualifying stage.
It is in contrast to at club level, where he has registered just one clean sheet this season.
With Belgium, he averages a clean sheet once in every 1.95 games, compared to once in every 3.59 games for Real Madrid and once in every 2.07 appearances when he was at Atletico Madrid.
